Following the success of our first camp in September, CALD CONNECT was thrilled to host our Summer Camp 2024 for Newcastle's Muslim community. This two-day event brought together families and individuals of all ages for a weekend filled with faith, fun, and community building.

The Newcastle Summer Camp 2024 was designed to provide a nurturing environment where participants could strengthen their Islamic knowledge, enjoy outdoor activities, and form meaningful connections with other community members. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Glenrock Scout Camp, the event offered a perfect blend of spiritual growth and recreational enjoyment.

Accommodation & Facilities

The camp provided comfortable accommodations with separate facilities for brothers and sisters. All meals were prepared according to halal standards and served communally, fostering a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood among participants.
